What to include in a support email

Orbo accounts have no username or password — on iOS and Android your progress is tied to an anonymous device account, so we cannot look you up by name. To find your account, please tell us:

  • Your player name and your current floor number (both shown on the Player tab).
  • Which platform you play on — iOS, Android, Telegram, jest.com or the web.
  • What happened, and roughly when. A screenshot helps more than anything else.

Purchases and refunds

You were charged but did not receive your gems or items

Reopen the app first. Purchases that were interrupted — by a crash, a lost connection, or closing the app mid-purchase — are retried automatically the next time you launch, and are usually delivered within a few seconds.

If it still has not arrived, email contact@playorbo.fun with the details above plus your store receipt or order ID, and we will deliver the purchase manually.

You want a refund

We do not take payments directly and cannot issue refunds ourselves — every purchase is processed by the store you play through, and refunds have to be requested there:

Please contact us before requesting a refund if the problem is a purchase that did not arrive — we can usually deliver it, which is faster than a refund and leaves you with what you paid for.

Delete your account

Open the Player tab, then Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent. If you cannot open the app, email contact@playorbo.fun and we will do it for you. Full details are on the account deletion page.

Privacy and your data

To ask what data we hold about you, to correct it, or to withdraw consent to analytics, email contact@playorbo.fun. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
